Cabbage Stew

Feel free to substitute other vegetables, but if you substitute the cabbage, you'll need to change the name.

2 cans broth
1 can tomatoes
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic
1 can green beans - do not drain
1 onion
2 zucchini
2 carrots
1 cabbage

  1. Chop vegetables coarsely.
  2. Add all ingredients to a dutch oven.
  3. Cook slowly about an hour until cabbage is soft.
