Chicken, Vegetable, and Noodle Casserole

I found this in a magazine and made it a little better.

2 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk or milk substitute
1 cup chopped mixed vegetables - fresh or frozen (thawed)
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, cut into cubes
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon rosemary
1/8 teaspoon sage
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. Cook noodles according to instructions.
  2. While noodles cook, mix all remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
  4. While still hot, cover with shredded Cheddar cheese.
