Kooking with Ken - Clam Dip

A simple little recipe for Clam Dip.

2 6 oz. cans minced clams
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese at room temperature
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
Bunch green onions chop fine
Dash garlic powder
1 loaf Sheepherder's bread

  1. Cut top off bread and core out center.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour into hollowed out bread.
  3. Double wrap in foil and bake at 300 D for 2 hours
  4. Take out of oven and stir mixture, replace top, and serve with the bread chunks.
  5. Can have a box of whole wheat crackers as well.
