Ken's Krazy Korn (Tortilla) Kasserole

I made this up one night as a way to use up some things in the refrigerator. It turned out well, so I wrote it down.

6 corn tortillas
1 cup chopped ham
1/4 onion chopped
3/4 cucumber sliced thin
1/2 bell pepper chopped
4 mushrooms
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup

  1. Layer tortillas at the bottom of a 12x9 backing pan.
  2. Sprinkle ham over tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle onions over ham.
  4. Layer cucumber slices over onions.
  5. Sprinkle bell pepper over cucumbers.
  6. Sprinkle sliced mushrooms on top.
  7. Mix both soups and spread on top of all.
  8. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
