Garlic Spiked Broccoli and Mushroom with Rosemary

Vegetable dish.

2 teaspoon olive oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups sliced button or cremini mushrooms
4 cups chopped broccoli
1 tablespoon
or
1 teaspoon
chopped fresh rosemary
or
dried rosemary

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and sauté 3 minutes, until muchrooms release juice.
  4. Add broccoli and rosemary and cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender.

Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 27 calories, 1 g. total fat - 0 g. saturated fat, 3 g. carbohydrates, 2 g. protein, less than 1 gram dietary fiber, 11 mg sodium.
