| Why is Hart mis-spelled? Because this recipe was adapted from one acquired from a volunteer at the William S. Hart Museum. |
| 1/3 cup | butter |
| enough to cover the bottom of an 8 x 8 pan | graham crackers |
| 1 cup | chopped dried apricots |
| 1 cup | chopped pecans and/or almonds |
| 1 cup | chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi sweet) |
| 1 small can | sweetened condensed milk |

Melt butter in 8x8 pan. Cover bottom with crushed graham crackers to form a crust. Ad layer of apricots, nuts, chocolate chips. Drizzle with milk. Bake about 25 minutes at 350 d. Serve hot or cold. |
