Why is Hart mis-spelled? Because this recipe was adapted from one acquired from a volunteer at the William S. Hart Museum.

1/3 cup butter
enough to cover the bottom of an 8 x 8 pan graham crackers
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup chopped pecans and/or almonds
1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi sweet)
1 small can sweetened condensed milk
Melt butter in 8x8 pan.
Cover bottom with crushed graham crackers to form a crust.
Ad layer of apricots, nuts, chocolate chips.
Drizzle with milk.
Bake about 25 minutes at 350 d.
Serve hot or cold.
