I have two variation of Guacamole here. They are similar and they can be made spicier by adding extra peppers.

Guacamole with Salsa and Sour Cream
3-4 medium avocados
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh chopped fine
1 lemon, squeeze into lemon juice
2 small tomatoes, chopped fine)
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder or cayenne pepper (add more for spicier taste)
1/4 cup salsa - optional
1 or 2 tablespoons sour cream - optional

  1. Peel and pit avocados, chop into bit size pieces, mash in a bowl (but leave some chunks for texture).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.

Placing the pits in the bowl to prevent oxidation is a myth. Anything to block oxygen will slow oxidation.
Experiment with more or less tomato, chili, salsa, and sour cream to your taste.

Guacamole with Chili Pepper
2 Avocados, mashed
1 tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
2 chili pepper, chopped
1/8 cup lemon juice

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Chill one hour.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.

Experiment with more or less tomato and chili pepper to your taste.
