Macaroni Salmon Salad

I made this up one day when I couldn’t think of anything else.

2 1/2 cup dry elbow macaroni - cook according to instructions
1 6 ounce can pink salmon
1 4 ounce jar diced pimientos
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 pepperoncini pepper diced fine
2 tablespoon Gray Poupon or similar mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup diced onion

  1. Blend all aingredients.
  2. Chill 30 minutes.
