3 large avocados
1 mango
1/2 medium red onion
1 jalapeno
1/4 cup cilantro
2 limes
1 large bag tortilla chips or pita chips

  1. Peel and pit the avocados and mash in a large bowl, leaving some chunks.
  2. Add juice of one lime.
  3. Peel, pit and dice the mango and add to avocados.
  4. Dice the onion and add to avocado mixture.
  5. Seed and mince the jalapeno and add to avocado mixture.
  6. Chop cilantro and add to avocado mixture.
  7. Juice remaining line and add to mixture.
  8. Mix.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.

Nutritional (excluding the chips): Calories: 195; Fat: 15Grams; Saturated fat: 2 grams; Trans fax: 0 grams; Cholesterol: 0 milligrams; Carbohydrate: 18 grams; Fiber: 8 grams; Sugars: 7 grams; Sodium: 0 grams; Protein: 3 grams.
