My mother gave me this recipe using beef. I altered it for ground turkey. Both versions are included here.

Beef Version
2 slices bread soaked in water, squeeze and crumble
1 egg
2 Tablespoon dry onion or fine chopped fresh
1 pound ground beef
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can mushroom soup

  1. Mix together all except soup.
  2. Make balls.
  3. Put in large fry pan, fry and stir.
  4. Allow to cool a little.
  5. Add soup and blend.
