A simple item, but not everyone knows how to make them. I don't usually make plain pancakes, I usually add oatmeal, wheat germ or other special ingredients.

2 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 Tablespoon oil
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Sugar (optional)

  1. Add milk to mixing bowl.
  2. Beat eggs and add to milk.
  3. Add oil and mix.
  4. Add dry ingredients and blend.
  5. Add more milk if too thick.
  6. Pour onto frying pan and back until form.
  7. Turn and back other side.
  8. Remove and enjoy.
