My Mother taught me this one.

1lb. package of frozen french fries or hash browns
10 oz. package of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained or mixed vegetables
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Arrange french fries in a single layer in a 13" x 9" backing dish. French fries give a course texture, hash browns a smoother texture.
  2. Sprinkle broccoli over potatoes.
  3. Combine soup, milk, mayonnaise, and ham. Spread evenly over broccoli.
  4. Spread cheese over.
  5. Bake at 350 df for 35 minutes.

Serves 4 - 6
