Potato Casserole

A simple Potato Casserole using frozen hash brown potatoes. You can substiture bread crubs for the corn flakes.

2 pound bag shredded frozen potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream (more if you wish)
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded.
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cup butter

  1. Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheddar in a bowl.
  2. Pour into 10x13 inch pan.
  3. Mix corn flakes and melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle flakes over potato mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 df until bubbly, about 35-45 minutes.
