Salmon Patties

Salmon Patties This is a simple little seafood treat. The patties are not large, but make a nice appetizer.

1 can (5 ounce) skinless and boneless pink salmon.
1 teaspoon dry minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon sour cream
1 egg
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon dry dill

  1. In a small bowl, combine salmon, onion, parsley, and lemon juice.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons sour cream, egg, and bread crumbs and mix till blended.
  3. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Using a large skillet, heat the oil over medium to low heat,
  5. Add the patties to the skillet and cook about 4 minutes on each side until light brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove patties from skillet and place on serving plates.
  7. In a small bowl, mix 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon dry dill.
  8. Divide among the serving plates, on the side.
  9. Enjoy.
