1 cup | diced celery |
1/4 cup | minced white onion |
1 jar (2 oz.) | chopped pimentos, drained |
2-3 Tablespoon | reduced fat mayonnaise |
1 Tablespoon | fresh lemon juice |
2 Tablespoon | fresh chives or 2 tsp. dried |
1 teaspoon | fresh dill |
3/4 teaspoon | paprika (optional) |
1 Tablespoon | Capers (optional) |
package | Pita bread (optional) |
Makes 6 servings. Per serving: 140 calories, 9 g total fat (2 g saturated fat), 2 g carbohydrates, 14 g protein, <1 g dietary fiber, 341 mg sodium. |
