Spinach Dip

This is simple if you use frozen (thawed) spinach.

1/4 cup Fat-free Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Fat-free sour cream or fat-free yogurt
1 serving size Spinach 10 oz box of frozen or bunch of fresh.

  1. If using frozen spinach, thaw. If using fresh spinach, heat in a frying pan about 5 minutes until collapsed.
  2. Chip spinach.
  3. Mix ingredients together.
